Contractor Warehouse is setup for developers, not home-owners. All our prices displayed are our actual cost. How do we make money to keep the staff paid and lights on? We charge a fee to join Contractor Warehouse.
The following is the fee schedule:
So for example, if you were building a 36 unit apartment, the fee would be $108,000. If you were to build another 24 unit, the fee would be collected again... this time $72,000. The fee is per building, not per year.
The fee is amortized over the term of your project. For example, if you were building a 24 unit and thought it would be finished in 12 months. The fee would be $72,000/12 = $6,000 month. If you are ahead of schedule, then the balance of the fee is due before the cabinets are collected. If your project runs long, you stop paying the fee once you reach the $72,000 (in this example).
