Once your order is placed, our warehouse staff assemble your order and shrink-wrap it on a pallet (their is a deposit for the pallet which is returned once pallet is returned). At this point your will be notified that your order is ready for pick (where we can simply lift the pallets on your truck or trailer) or we can organize delivery (at an additional fee). Some full container load (FCL) orders, such as flooring or cabinets, can be shipped directly to your job site.
